ENTRY FORM and CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Exhibition open to all visual artists 18 years of age or older.
2. All work must be original, signed, for sale, and not previously shown in this show.
3. Artists may submit up to 3 works.
• Image may not exceed 16 square inches, eg. 3x5, 2x8, 4x4 etc.
3-D work may not exceed 45 cubic inches, eg. 3x3x5 inches, 4x5x2 inches etc.
• There are no limits on the frame size. Defective framing will be rejected.
• Two-dimensional work must have secure picture wire for hanging.
• Labels must be securely attached to the backs of the pieces.
• The entry form and fee must accompany entries.
4. Each piece of work requires a non-refundable entry fee of $10.00 cash or cheque payable to
Portside Gallery.
5. The Gallery will collect a commission of 30% on any work sold during the show.
6. Entries will be accepted January 3rd to 22nd at Portside Gallery between 11 am. and 5 pm.
The gallery is closed Mondays in January.
7. All unsold work must be picked up March 1st to 11th between 11 am. and 5 pm. The gallery is
closed Mondays in March.
8. Portside Gallery and members assume no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of the artwork.
9. Portside Gallery collects the HST, so do not include it in your price.
10. Artist statements/bios for display in a binder and business cards/show invitations are welcome.
11. Email invitations will be available January 23rd for you to send.

Award of $100.00 for "Best in Show" and 3 "Honourable Mention" Ribbon Awards.
